Hopes up

Trying not to get my hopes up too high, but my realtor heard from the realtor from Saturday.

The one person who has looked at my place since the change of the listing is interested in the rent to own option, and he liked my place.

There should be an answer in a couple of weeks. The person wants to move in here in August.

Funny, but my intuition has said, quietly, all year...that August would be the month.
