Fire pit, dug and lined. Now all we need is some kindling and wood! That, and eventually, some flagstone or stepping stones to put around the edge.

Scored these great adirondack chairs when the owner of the investment property across the street found a tenant, and removed all of the stuff he had on the porch to make the vacant house look more appealing.
