Update for the interested

My realtor checked into the "visiting realtor" from last week. Not only is she legit, she's also the owner of the company!

You would think, given that, that she would have known better than to call my realtor for the showing appointment, and, further, that she would have been professional enough to NOT TOUCH MY STUFF!!

I am thinking about putting up signs in my place...."Don't touch my stuff," and "Trysts not allowed!"

Ew.

Whatever the case, someone turned up my a/c unit, and moved the stuff in my bathtub....regardless of if anything illicit happened....they had damned well better BUY THIS freakin' place now!!

(no response to my realtor's inquiries, as usual...the vast majority of showings go off without any feed back at all.)
